At Esti Athens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Athens

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
